  Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our Internet site is built on the MerchandiZer (tm) system which utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone or fax at the numbers below. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.

What about shipping and taxes?

For destinations within the continental US... All orders up to $100 will be charged a $9 flat rate for shipping. All orders over $100 are shipped at no charge. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Customers in Ohio pay 6.5% sales tax. U.S. States outside the continental U.S. pay actual shipping cost. A Bankhardt's representative will contact you via email, after you place your order, with a shipping quote. If you prefer, send us an email--orderdesk@bankhardts.com--and we will send you a shipping quote prior to your order. Please include your zip code and the item you intend to purchase. Sorry, we cannot accept orders from, or ship outside the U.S.

What if I need to return my order?

You may return an item within 30 days provided it is in it's original resaleable condition. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. Contact us at 800-997-7875 for a return authorization number, and the address to send the package. All returns should be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. Refunds will be credited to your account. Please use UPS or Fedex.

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

We do our best to only list merchandise on our website that we routinely keep in stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically. We will email you if the delay will be any more than a few days.

What is your policy on Privacy?

We do not sell, trade, lend or rent your personal information to others. We don't even let them peek. No exceptions.

How do I track my order?

Go to the "You and Your Order" page and you will receive details about any outstanding or back orders, and their status.
